We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or no-showing will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who cancel appointments more than 3 times in a row will be required to pay a deposit before booking. We offer a 15 minute courtesy period, if youre going to be later than 15 minutes please call.
